Our custom made-to-order handcrafted leather patch hats are created by hand with pride and integrity using genuine leather or leatherette. Our leather and leatherettes are laser engraved, cut, hand painted with leather dye, and then sealed to ensure a rich finish that creates a unique and beautifully finished product. Select from the many color and style options, upload your black and white logo or graphic and see the magic happen as we build your custom designed leather or leatherette hat. All of our patches are applied by hand using a trusted leather bonding agent rather than sewing our patches on. 

We are a small home business so please be patient while each product is handmade to order and treated with our unique leather process.

Since these are laser engraved that involves charring the leather, we use a leather sealant to help seal the char in while adding a beautiful gloss finish. To avoid smudging we advise to please avoid rubbing the engraved artwork. The char will settle in but when you first open your box just take in the beauty, 

While leather can get wet, please avoid washing even with a proper hat cage for your washing machine. We offer very affordable prices on our hats so when one is done…get a new one.
