Gifts

I'm placing an order for a gift, do you include the receipt in the package?

We do not include a receipt or invoice in any of our packages. Receipts are emailed to the customer only.

Can I include a gift note with my order?

Yes, please write in the box at check out what you would like your gift note to say and we will be sure to include it.

Processing

How long will my order take to process?

Typically orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, orders usually take 3-5 days to arrive. Please note this is an average turnaround time, but some unexpected delays may occur. If you need your order expedited, please email us at jarveladesign@gmail.com. Additional fees may apply.

Shipping

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs vary depending on the order total. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we only ship within the United States and to Canada.

Returns

Do you accept returns & exchanges?

We will only accept returns or refunds for damaged or faulty items. We do not except returns for change of mind.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
